Trainings

Trainings take place once a week on a Wednesday from 19:00-20:00 at St Dominics School for Girls, Jubilee Centre.

All you need to bring is yourself with training gear and comfortable training shoes. Sticks will be provided. People of all ages and gender are welcome.

 

Trainings will cost R30 per player.

 

Once we have the numbers and are up and running, we will increase the times and the trainings per week to a more scheduled training.
